Michael, the third pilot in his department at Charles Sturt University, recieved a TIF from his wife as a Fathers Day present. He went on his first solo flight on the 20th September 2005 and was hooked. After struggling with his landing ("wait til your bum sinks"), he did his first solo on the 12/01/06. After getting his GFPT in MArch, he moved on and finished his PPL. For now he is thinking about night flying (and whether his family can put up with more of it....)
