Day 2 cont. - Tilpa - Bathurst
Depart Tilpa for Bathurst via Cobar. It was an interesting trip back with the weather playing a factor. We kept reaching one destination and then making a decision about the next. Always have an alternate aerodrome (Dubbo ? Parkes?) in mind when the weather is marginal and continously update your weather if you can. Thank goodness for Telstra CDMA!
The clouds fortunately parted (nice change) and with a great tailwind like many of us have not experienced before, we arrived back safely!
