Tenterfield was a great find of an aerodrome. The terrain flying there was beautiful with rolling green hills. There is a spectaclar view of bald rock (see previous picture) as you come into Tenterfield. The strip is great! It is level, regularily maintained and is a good length. It is hard to find so try and follow the creek to locate it. It is best to approach from the west because it is not as high terrain. Call Brian Turner 0411770582 for the latest information. He was very helpful. The strip is about 15 minutes out of town and there isn't a phone out there so you will have to organise transport prior to arriving.
