Lightning Ridge - Bourke - Bathurst
Bourke was once a productive wool growing area, but over time and due to necessity, has diversified into other interesting industries.
It has a vineyard, cotton farms, a cotton gin and orchards.
Bourke is a town full of history, dating back to the 1800's, and has some great heritage buildings.
The Back O'Bourke Exhibition Centre is a good starting point.
