'The Ridge', as known by the locals, is the home of the Black Opal. Interesting place to visit by air (long way by car!!).
Take a tour, go opal fossicking, see the interesting 'real estate' and take a dip in the Artesian Bore Baths. These baths are a pleasant 42ºC.
