Day 2 - Cruising down the river
Julie from Dinki-Di is very helpful on the radio if you need to ask for directions and where you are allowed to Moor the boat.
Today we floated down the river and moored near the Echuca Township. You can tie the boats down and walk up into the town. There is a lot to look at in Echuca with the "Port of Echuca", art galleries, musuems, ice cream shops, old pubs and many souvenir shops.
After the tour of the town we went to the Morrisons Vineyard for lunch. You can moor your boat close to the wharf and walk up to the resturant. It has great food, wine and a fantastic view.
